A decade of building community the hard way.

I’m Lamont, the founder. Before building Paragon, I worked as a community organizer, non-profit director, and spent years running a coworking space in Yonkers. I learned firsthand that the tools community builders rely on were never built for them. Paragon is the platform I wished existed.
